Hall Hire with Village Green hire
Hire Charges- Hall
Hire charge Green, if exclusive use for a wedding etc.
If both hall and Green are required
Clarification
● If the facilities of the Hall are needed for the event on the Green, both venues should be booked and paid for.
● A full day and evening hire for the Hall facilities and Green booked together, with sole use of the Green, is £128 for village residents, £148 for non village.
● If you are preparing the Green, and don’t need the VH, you can just book the Green.
● Electricity used on the green is charged at cost, in addition to hire charge - readings taken before and after.
● For children’s parties, hiring the Hall, and using the Green non exclusively, there is no extra charge extra.
● Please remember, if you have a charge bar, you will need to obtain a licence. Please ask for details.
- Per hour - £10/hr (£8/hr village resident & regular users)
- ½ day(4 hrs) - £29 (£23 village resident & regular users)
- Full day (morning and afternoon) - £55 (£43 village resident & regular users)
- Evening - £37 (£30 village resident & regular users)
